Event Host

The Indonesia National Air Carriers Association, widely known in the industry as INACA, was founded in Jakarta by Indonesian Airline businessmen on October 19, 1970. The association was decreed and recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Transport as the only Indonesia Airlines Association under No. KP 5/AU.701/PHB-89, dated November 23, 1989. The Association maintains its partnership and close relationship with the government. In 2023, INACA has 31 airline members.

Air transport plays important role tactically and strategically also has created a multiplier effect to boost the national economic growth. Politically the air transport has been successful in unifying the nation, not to mention it has strengthened the national pride and awareness.

The association’s role and activity represents its member interest including regulations, legal, safety, technical aspects, security charges and other airport matters in aviation industry, and together with regulator and other related parties maintain a very comprehensive cooperation to achieve some goals.

INACA’s role and activity as significant proposals have been addressed by the association to Regulator, Legislator and others related parties in the industry in order to help and maintain the Indonesia Aviation Industry to become more effective, efficient, highly competitive, and stronger in the globalization and liberalization environment.

The Malaysian Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA) is a private sector organisation where our principal aim is to support the continued in-country growth and capacity development of the expanding local aerospace industry. MAIA serves as the voice of our industry representing more than 100 corporate members. Our association plays a pivotal role in championing members issues, acts as an advocate working with government on various policy and regulatory matters and provides a platform for advice and support. In addition MAIA continues to raise the profile and significance of the aerospace sector as well as offering global access through working in close collaboration with many international aerospace associations.
